بررسی امکان سنجی تاسیس صندوق هجینگ بومی در ایران

چکیده

ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﻲ اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ،ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ صندوق هجینگ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ در ﻃﻲ ﭼﻨﺪ دﻫﻪ اﺧﻴﺮ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﮔﺬاران(ﺑﻮﻳﮋه ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﮔﺬاران ﺣﻘﻴﻘﻲ)و ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻞ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد ﺟﻠﺐ ﻧﻤﻮده اﺳﺖ. روﻳﻜﺮداﺻﻠﻲ در این تحقیق ﻛﺴﺐ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ازاﻳﻦ ﺻﻨﺪوق ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﮕﺮش ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪﺑﻌﺪ اﺻﻠﻲ ﻧﻴﺎز ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﮔﺬاران،اﺑﺰارﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز و اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ .در این تحقیق عملکرد صندوق های هجینگ در دنیا و اﻣﻜﺎن ﺳﻨﺠﻲ راه اﻧﺪازی اﻳﻦ ﺻﻨﺪوق ﻫﺎرا دراﻳﺮان ﺑﺎ توجه به اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ازاﻳﻦ ﺳﻪﺑﻌﺪ و ﺑﺎ دوروش اﻣﻜﺎن ﺳﻨﺠﻲ ﺗﺌﻮرﻳﻚ و اﻣﻜﺎن ﺳﻨﺠﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ازﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ(ﻧﻈﺮ ﺳﻨﺠﻲ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن) مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است .
نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان می دهد که بر اساس نظر صاحبنظران و تاسیس ابزارهای مالی جدید در بازار سرمایه ایران از جمله صندوق های سرمایه گذاری شخصی ( (Private equity fund و فروش استقراضی (Short Selling ) امکان تاسیس صندوق هجینگ در کشور وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study is to study one of the most important investment funds, the Hedge fund, which has attracted the attention of investors (especially real investors) and scientific circles over the last few decades. This study tries to conduct a comprehensive study on these funds and to obtain a comprehensive knowledge about them, functions, interests and disadvantages of investment. The aim of this research is to study the feasibility of establishing this fund in Iran with a view to the main needs of investors, tools required and legal requirements and to test the feasibility of launching the fund in Iran with the data obtained from feasibility and feasibility study using opinion survey of experts.
The results of data analysis show that based on the opinion of experts and the establishment of new financial instruments in the Iranian capital market, including private investment funds (Private equity fund and short sale), it is possible to establish a hedging fund in the country.
